Our Ministry to the WorldEquipping Christian leaders for vocational and volunteer ministry in

Canada and the world.

Simply said, this is the mission of Acadia Divinity College (ADC). With

its educational arms extended around the globe, ADC offers courses

at home in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, in near-by Halifax, throughout New

Brunswick, and across the ocean in Europe; it also supports theological

education worldwide through College affiliations in Montral, Nigeria,and Hong Kong!

Acadia Divinity Colleges educational ministry has an impact far beyond

what we can understand. Those who have discovered Christ and

become disciples of His Word and the lives touched and transformed

because of ADCs ministry are truly only known by God.

Centres of Excellence. But no matter where you direct your donation,

every student, and support the ministerial development of those who

ADCs Centres of Excellence focus on defined areas of ministry

impacting our world today. The first two centres are already instituted,

Our LeadershipSince January 2008, Dr. Harry G. Gardner has served as President of Acadia

Divinity College and Dean of Theology for Acadia University. He sits in the

Abner J. Langley and Harold L. Mitton Chair of Church Leadership and teaches

in the area of pastoral ministry, leadership, and spiritual disciplines.

Acadia Divinity College (chartered by the Province of Nova Scotia in 1968)

is Acadia Universitys Faculty of Theology and the official seminary of the

Convention of Atlantic Baptist Churches. All degrees are awarded by Acadia

University.

ADC graduate programs are accredited by the Association of Theological

Schools (ATS) in the United States and Canada. The College roots are deep

and steeped in history, beginning as early as 1830, when Nova Scotia Baptists

established a department of pious scholars for ministerial training at Horton

Academy (the predecessor to Acadia University). ADC is also a certified

member of the Canadian Council of Christian Charities (CCCC).
