Module I

Foundations of intercul-tural communication, cultural dimensions, conversation building, rapport and trust building, pacing and stimulating interventions in coaching.

Module II

Basics of Coaching, the Three Pillars of coaching, the coach as a person, their role and responsibility.

Module III

Systemic Coaching in an intercultural setting, circular questioning, building hypotheses, reframing.

Module IV

Creative interventions, methods and interactive approaches in inter cultural coaching.

Module V

International teams, test methods, the inner team of the client, Tuckman’s Phases of Team De-velopment, conflict management and mediation.

Module VI

Intercultural case studies, developing your own coach profile, documentation of the coaching process, colloquium.

Intercultural Coach

ModulesIn this advanced vocational training, you will learn to lead coaching processes in an intercultural context. You will advance your intercultural competency through self-reflection, new insights and practical, supervised experience. The course consists of six modules.

CertificationThe advanced vocational training Intercultural Coach is currently certified by the Europäisches Netzwerk für Beratung, Psychologie und Therapie (European Network of Consultation, Psychology and Therapy) and the German Qualitätsgemeinschaft Coach Ausbildung (Quality Association Coach Qualification).

Minimum Course Requirements

One year’s experience of working in an intercultural setting

The Lecturers

Through this training, you will become familiar with the foundational techniques of systemic and intercultural coaching methods. You will learn how to build and lead an international team. In addition, you will become familiar with individual and team-testing procedures. Mediation and conflict management complete the training, Once you have completed this advanced vocational training, you will have developed a personal Coach Profile suited to the needs of your professional, intercultural environment.
