REYES, JR., SCG From Date 28 August 2015 Subject AGAP SEMINAR ON "BOLSTERING GOOD GOVERNANCE THROUGH PUBLIC EXPENDITURE MANAGEMENT REFORMS" We are pleased to inform you that the Association of Government Accountants of the Philippines (AGAP) is inviting representatives from our office to attend the convention-seminar themed "Bolstering Good Governance Through Public Expenditure Management Reforms," on October 21.24,2015 at the Aziza Paradise Hotel in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. The seminar aims to tackle the impact of policy reforms vis-a-vis specific government programs implemented during the current administration. Target participants mayor may not have background in accounting as long as they are performing accounting, budgeting, auditing, cashiering and other allied financial functions. A course fee of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (P4,800.00) shall be collected from each participant consistent with the provisions of National Budget Circular No. 486. This shall cover the cost of meals, training kit and other seminar paraphernalia. Transportation fare and accommodation shall be borne by the participant. There is no limit to the number of participants an agency may send. Interested applicants may confirm their attendance directly to AGAP on or before October 1, 2015. A clearance, through an issued authority to attend the program, should be sought from the Supervising Undersecretary, copy furnished the HRAS.
