PS2000 –How it all started• Research program on Project Management 1994 – 2000
• Managed by reseach communities and universities• Sponsored by government agencies and significant businesses• Carried out by academia, public sector and businesses together
• And a small project within the program…• …evaluated what went wrong in large SW development projects,• …developed an Execution model based on ”best practices”, and• …built a contract template for iterative SW development on the Execution model
