AIESEC in Lithuania
Middle Management Development Manager is a NST responsible for middle management development in Lithuania, will
support whole team leaders education process and will work closely with MC VP TM.
Accountable to: MC VP TM Responsibilities:
Manage national middle management PODIO workspace Support LCs in Team Leaders education Research and develop internal and external opportunities for developing team management skills Create educational packages for Team Leaders
Train and support LCs in Team Minimums KPIs: # of initiatives in workspace % of TL involvement into workspace # of educational packages created # of Team Minimums trainings provided # of TLs fulfilling Team Minimums Requirements: Team Leader experience Fluent English Training experience Result-oriented Strong communication skills Presentation skills LC VP TM or LCP experience

LEAD & Education Manager is a NST responsible for LEAD implementation in Lithuania, as well as for the whole support of education process and will work closely with MC VP TM. Accountable to: MC VP TM Responsibilities:
Participate in local and national conferences as facilitator/ track manager Cooperation with the international network (taking part in int. conferences, contact and support to NTTs from other countries) Support LC VP TMs in local conference organization Develop LEAD together with MC VP TM Track LEAD implementation in LCs

International Cooperation Manager will work closely with MC VP OGX on establishing long-term international partnerships based on mutual supply and demand. Accountable to: MC VP OGX Responsibilities:
Establishing CY-CY cooperation Partnership development (communication, assessment, improvement) Co-delivery planning and implementation Facilitating matching process (collect & share information about matching manias, webinars, promotional packages) Education for VPs, TLs regarding matching

National Marketing Manager position is related to development of marketing processes in AIESEC in Lithuania. It
combines both online and offline promotional materials creation, as well as support for LCs on implementation of
national marketing strategies.
Accountable to: MC VP MKT Responsibilities:
National marketing strategies development and implementation together with MC VP National promotion packages development and implementation [major campaigns – Youth Talent, Global Talent, Global Citizen] Creating visual material for online and offline promotion Creating materials for the website Creating national brand products Control and management [traffic, unique visitors, general analytics]
KPIs: # of unique visitors of national website # of marketing campaigns run # of materials created % conversion [visitor to customer] Requirements: Team Leader experience Fluent English Result-oriented Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop Creative thinking

Social Media Marketing Manager position is related to AIESEC in Lithuania SMM activity and aims to improve SMM
processes and increase brand awareness. It combines managing main online promotion channels including AIESEC in
Lithuania Facebook page and Youtube channel as well as creating National Newsletters.
Accountable to: MC VP MKT Responsibilities:
Online promotion content generation Management of FB campaigns Management of Youtube channel Create and release National Newsletters Support for LCs in content generation Feedback for the content generated by LC Provide education for LC VPs
