oGCDP International Relations

oGCDP International Relations Manager will be responsible for communication with partner entities of

AIESEC in Kazakhstan.

- Monthly follow up meetings with LCVPs/NSTs (both side);- Organizing Matching Manias;- LEAD implementation and tracking; - Matching processes tracking;- Participate in functional online and ofine meetings;- Standards & satisfaction tracking system.

Experience with entire OGX/ICX process;Understanding of OGX value;Excellent English communication, written and verbal;Good EXPA/OP knowledge;Ability to make formal document templates;OGX pipeline;MC 15/16 strategy understanding;National reality understanding;Advanced communication skills;Analytical skills;Time management;Negotiation skills;Planning and tracking;

In which LC would you organise CEED and why? How are you going to nd suitable people for CEEDership programme in Kazakhstan? Who do we need to organise CEEDership opportunities in Kazakhstan? Person will be also responsible for organising and realizing of CEED programme in all Kazakhstan and responsible for opening new ofces in different

cities in Kazakhstan. Sometimes, if needed, they'll travel to the place where the expansion is being opened and

negotiate with universities, set up ofce, train members etc.
