Ren1oved TCM GTSI0-520-L Engines Lt SIN 292324R, Rt SIN 292323R. Installed Overhauled TCM Ram modified GTSI0-520-L Engines Lt SIN 613073, Rt SIN 277106R. Engines installed with new mounts and hoses (see engine log for details). Reshim left M.L.G. end play, install new Squat Switch and rework wiring in left wheel well by replacing miscellaneous wire terminals and chafe protection. Removed Left M.L.G. Hydraulic Actuator to replace miscellaneous cherry rivets with solids in left wheel well, reinstalled actuator swing at service gear. Repack left M.L.G. wheel bearings. Removed top row of copilots instruments to facilitate replacement of right windshield. Replaced right forward side window right foul weather window and polished remaining right side windows with micro mesh. Windshield and side window ' installed with new retainers and hardware. Instruments reinstalled and static system leak checked. Aircraft pressurized and reseale? misc. wire b~dles .at forward pressure bulkhead. Repressurized with no defects noted. Installed new tach generator heat shtelds. Patched nght mboard pneumatic boot. Replaced Gem 603 left and right wire harnesses and misc. EGT/CHT and TIT Probes. Replaced pne~tic pumps with overhauled units and installed ~ew vac. regulator filters. Air conditioning evapo~ators were rem?ved to gatn access for gem harness replacement, fms on untts were cleaned of dust and lint build up and remstalled. Recetver dryer replaced and system leak test proved unsatisfactory. Troubleshooting isolated defect to refrigement line located under right hand cabin floor at approx. F.S. 155.0. Replaced defective tubing with new. Reassemb~e~ and leak checked satisfactorily. Evacuate and service system with R12. A/C system ops checked satisfactorily. Rework Wtrmg frrewall forward by replacing main starter and alternator power cables, numerous wire tenninals, right tach generator and oil temp cannon plugs, misc. chafed wires, chafe and heat protection. Wiring routed and secured with misc. new clamps and hardware. Replaced left wing pressurization duct tubing on inboard and outboard side of heat exchanger. Touch up paint for various modifications and repairs. Aircraft run up perfonned, affected systems ground checked satisfactorily.

The following major alterations were incorporated at this time. 1) Removed McCauley 3FF32C501A Propellers, SIN Lt 782812, SIN Rt 785519. Installed new Hartzell HC-C3YN-2UF Propellers with spinners and backing plates per Ram Aircraft STC #SA10185SC, see FAA Fonn337. 2) Removed Woodward Prop Sync System as previously installed on FAA Fotn1337 dated 1/22/91. Installed new McCauley Prop Sync System including new McCauley Governors and new right Propeller Control Cable, see FAA Fonn 337 and attached FAA Fonn 8110-3 dated March 17,2004. 3) Removed Hoskins Fuel Flow System Installed new Shadin Fuel Flow System including new Indicator and new Transducers per Ram STC #SA579SW and SE5726SW K Factor 29.6. See FAA Fonn 337. 4) Installed modified existing OEM Map Gage and both 3 in 1 Engine Gages after refacing per Ram STC #5878SW, see FAA Fotn1337, NOTE: EGT Gage was not modified due to previous GEM installation, see FAA Fotm 8110-3 dated March 25, 2004. 5) Removed C.A.M. Oil Coolers previously installed on FAA Fonn 337 dated 8/1/97. Unmodified OEM Coolers were installed by Ram at their overhaul, see FAA Form 337 for removal. 6) Ram improved Engine Cooling Baffle Seal installed per Ram STC # SA4592SW, see FAA Fotm 337. 7) Four (4) new Ram improved Exhaust Slip Joints installed per Ram STC #SA4592SW, see FAA Foun 337. 8) Johnson Aviation Cowl Mounted Lights installed per Johnson Aviation STC #SA4270SW, see FAA Fotm 337.

AD's Complied With 84-26-02 by installing 2 new paper induction air filters (next due 5543.8, actt or hobbs 1008.4)

1) Four (4) new Ram Slip Joints PIN 1001-3. 2) Two (2) overhauled Y-Pipe Collectors PIN 9910300-13 reference Aleron Welding MX release #15074 left and #1507 5 right. 3) Two (2) repaired tail pipes (owner supplied) Lt PIN **9910300-15 NSN reference Dawley Aviation W.O. 57155. Rt PIN **9910300-16 NSN reference Dawley Aviation W.O. 58749. 4) Two (2) expansion elbows Lt (new) PIN **K9910300-3 NSN reference parts exchange packing list 35925. Right (OVH) PIN 9910300-3, SIN AW73079 reference Aerospace welding MX release 73079. 5) The above components were installed with new hardware including new slip joint springs set to proper dimensions per Ram STC #SA4592SW. Exhaust Y -Pipe shields fit to replacement units and installed with new hardware. 6) Next compliance due@ 7543 actt 3008.4 hobbs or May 2016 whichever occurs first.

2004-08-10 ECI Cylinders is N/ A New TCM Cylinders modified by ECI installed by Ram at their overhaul.

Assembled RT main wheel with new tire PIN 301-043-006 SIN 40970043 and new air stop tube. Cleaned both main brake calipers, primed and repainted. Installed 4 each brake linings on each side PIN 066-06600. Perfo11ned main gear camber inspection and adjusted in accordance with Cessna Service Maintenance Manual. Perfonned gear swing noting no defects. Installed new Concord battery PIN RG24-20 SIN 40040132. Installed new LT auxiliary fuel pump PIN 6508092-l. Installed new auxiliary pressure switch PIN 9910058-5 SIN 004436. Installed new LT wing deice pressure deice valve PIN 302363-01 SIN N2649. Complied with AD2000-0 1-16 Part (b) on L T and RT en ines by vis 1 ins ection of exhaust systems.

Removed battery box, cleaned surface corrosion, treated with corrosion X, reinstalled battery box with new box grommets, charged battery and reinstalled. Replaced engine fire bottle squibs with new units (next due Feb 09). Removed previously installed Shaden F/F System and reinstalled Hoskins F/F System previously removed for Shaden Installation (see FAA Form 337 dated 03115105). Replaced static line to auto-pilot altitude sensor. Replaced pilots sun visor clip. Replaced 2 defective rivets on left wing lower skin O.B. of gear door. Install shim on pilot's foul weather window. CfW AD 00-01-16 Part B by inspection of exhaust with no defects noted (next due 04115105 or 5184.7 ACTf which ever later). C/W AD 2004-25-16 by inspection of combustion heater fuel pressure valve with no defects noted (next due March 06 or 5234.7 A CIT). CfW AD 2004-21-05 by performing pressure decay test on Janitrol Combustion Heater Model 84050, PIN 02El7-l, SIN 578466 (next due March 07 or 1055.6 heater hobbs), also inspected operation of air pressure switch PIN 94E42-3 and found to be within limits (switch not affected by AD per PIN). Update misc. AD log records for various component time change items. Up date Cessna service bulletin index and provided to owner. Complied with MEB 01-05 fuel valve inspection per AD 2004-25-16, MEB 04-01 fuel line inspection, MEB 04-02 mag capacitors on right engine mag SIN's F03KA0130 and F03KA088R torque checked OK per TCM CSB-665 various service bulletins detennined to be not applicable by Model, SIN, OVH J?at~ ETC. (see service bulletin index for details). Lube gear and controls. Service fluid levels. Affected systems OPS checked OK. L1fe Jackets sent to Compressed Aviation Gasses for re-certification their W.O.# 0503-195. Next re-certification due March 2010. SecurOO loose wires under pilot side instrument panel. Repaired left alternator capacitor wire. lnstai!OO internal doubler at left inboard flap well trailing edge. Serviced oxygen to 1850 PSI. Replaced Davtron clock battery. Replaced Hoskins fuel flow indicator batteries. Installed nose landing gear actuator PIN 9910139-3, SIN 336 after being overhauiOO by the Aviation Group Inc., CRS #VGOR728L. Perfonned landing gear blow down bottle test and Cessna S.B. MEB91-12. Serviced air conditioning using RI2 Freon. Repaired right engine oil cap chain. Touched up paint on LT & RT engine forward cowlings. RepairOO small crack in lower cabin door aft hinge area. C/W AD 04-21-Q5 Janitrol heater inspection by pressure decay test lAW para. , (e)( I)( i)(ii). No defects noted. Next due II 07.8 heater hobbs or 09/20 II. Accomplished the following maintenance lAW the Cessna 421 M/M or other approved/acceptable documentation . .l"- Removed & repaired right evaporator high pressure line using 1/4 X .035 5052 aluminum and pressure checked complete system. Nc;

further leaks were noted. Evacuated system using deep vacuum pump for more than one hour and performed vacuum leak check. No leak was noted. Serviced system with 4 lbs. of R-12 refrigerant. Operational checked good.

> Removed ahd cleaned right brake caliper. Replaced brake piston seals, PN MS28775-132. Reinstalled brake caliper and bled brake rjght brake system.

All maintenance performed on this aircraft was performed in accordance with current regulations of the FAA and was determined to be in an airworthy condition and is approved for ret . to service with respect to the work performed.
