78 year old womancc: paraparesisHPI: Fall 5/27/16 (2 weeks preop), admitted due to inability to walk. Baseline home ambulatory with walker independent at home. Admitted 6/7/16 due to inability to walkPHM: parkinsons, alzheimers, DM, CAD, EXAM: absent rectal tone, 2/5 motor BLE R weaker than left, unable to ambulate
Screws broke at 7
30% comminution, 30-60% comminution, >60% comminution
Axial cut view: minimal separation of fragments, 2mm <50% area, >2mm >50%
Kyphosis correction: <3%, 4-9%, >10%
