• A 501(c) 3 non-profit founded in 1996 through joint efforts of Neighbor Works America and the Navajo Nation Govt.

• NPH is a CDFI (Certified Native Community Development Financial Institution) created to provide innovative and flexible homeownership financing opportunities through first, second mortgages and Downpayment/Closing Cost grants • NPH is one of 240 Neighborworks Organizations through the NWA Network

• NPH was created to empower families with new knowledge and life skills to build, buy and/or renovate a home
