• Peer Mentors- CHAMPIONS- make the process easier.
• Using sports organisations and sports governing bodies as partners makes engaging with the older men easier.
• Can be a natural partnership – the skills of your organisation plus the brand, knowledge, enthusiasm of the sporting body.
