emotion and capture the feeling in photo form

• Technology: Facebook

Blog/Email• Receive an email

prompt, take a photo using the prompt, and upload to a blog

• Technology: Mass email and blog

SMS/MMS• Take 2 deep

breaths in the morning before getting out of bed

• Technology: Personal, daily text message

Non-tech• Take one walk a

day and smile at someone

• Technology: None (instant via environment)
