Being on a hill looking into the distance suggests the people on the hill are on a journey to somewhere.

With a statue of a cross being there it would suggest the journey has a religious and soulful meaning.

Mid shot of the girl praying in a church.

The candles being in the background suggest the girl being at peace and perhaps it helps her to pray.

Establishing shot of what perhaps is an old knocked down church.

The fact that the couple are here together suggests that perhaps this place has some sort of meaning to them and maybe they have history here.

Shot from end of video. Suggests this could be the place they were looking for and from the way they are together perhaps there happy together now.

Facial expression would suggest she’s just seen or heard something that has really upset her and she’s trying to cope on her own but is obviously finding it hard

You can’t tell much from the setting but what you can tell is that she’s isolated herself somewhere and just wants to be alone.

Set in a bar. Girl looks quite timid and shy suggests she is looking perhaps for some sort of companionship

The lighting shining down onto here suggests she is perhaps coming from a good place and that she is in a warm country.

Lighting around the bar suggests perhaps it’s a festive time of year.

Lighting under singers face really helps him stand out and kind of make him look more serious.

Use of skin make up just helps singer to look better on camera.

Facial expressions suggest he is serious about something and the way his eyes point to the direction he is looking but his face doesn’t suggests he is in a place full of people but is distracted by something else

Editing

The only bit of editing mainly involved through out the video is when the man is running through the hills looking for the girl. There is a kind of blur due to the effects of editing and you could say it kind of is slowing down time.
