From Marco Polo Bridge to Gandhi’s Quit India Movement and from the Ledo Road to Hiroshima few things changed Asia as much as the conflict that Americans call World War Two. We will look at the military, social and political history of the war in a broad sense. Each of you will do a major research project on some aspect of the war and its impact.
