Students gain in depth knowledge of Southern culture, history and language, while discovering many beautiful Charleston landmarks and special events. Students interact directly in American life by participating in community- based learning projects inside and outside the classroom. Walk with us through Charleston graveyards, secret alleys, sanctuaries and cemeteries. Listen to Lowcountry ghost stories and learn about Charleston’s supernatural side from local historians.
