Ray-Trac™ is an Australian invented and internationally patented end to end data writing, capture

and storage system. It is designed to provide total visibility and the highest levels of compliance in

the chain of custody for mineral sample handling.

The Ray-Trac™ system can replace hand written bags, sprayed bags and diamond core tray tags with

microchip tags that are readable, writable and traceable by high frequency radio wave scanners.

The microchip tags come programmed with your company sample sequence. They additionally store

data such as Hole ID, Project ID, Rig ID, Operator, Time, QAQC and sample sequence. Throughout the

sample sequence you choose which data to load on or off the bags and who reads what information.

Added to this is the radio wave scanners can enforce company drilling and material handling rules

thereby decreasing operator error and increasing safety.

Ray-Trac™ is the first radio wave technology used in resource industry sampling and has many

advantages over competing products. Unlike barcode scanners radio wave does not rely on optics

and so can easily read samples covered in mud, water or even through other objects at a distance.

Our radio wave scanners are sophisticated and very robust with high physical operating tolerances,

perfect for weather extremes. Ray-Trac™ scanners can detect tens of samples at a distance, this

means raid data capture, saving you time and manual handling.

Through the automation of data collection and with company sampling rules programmed into the

scanner, Ray-Trac™ eliminates human typographical and sample allocation error. This increases data

integrity, saves costs onsite, increases organisational

transparency and operational methodology.

Information captured on Ray-Trac™ Scanners can

be uploaded to company databases manually,

automatically, remotely or in person. Ray-Trac™

software is easily configurable to all major mining

software packages and causes no IT system

interruption.
