A Data Source, also called a data file, is simply a collection of records that store data.

Transmitter: A set of equipment used to generate and transmit electromagnetic waves carrying messages or signals, especially those of radio or television.

Transmission media is a pathway that carries the information from sender to receiver. We use different types of cables or waves to transmit data. Data is transmitted normally through electrical or electromagnetic signals.

Receiver:"In the communication process, the role of receiver is, as important as that of sender. There are five receiver steps in the process of communication--Receive, Understand, Accept, Use, and Give a Feedback. Without these steps, being followed by the receiver, no communication process would be complete and successful."
