Best New Sales Leadership Performer—Advanced Unit Leader or above who achieved that level during 2015 and attained the highest Total Unit Sales in the Division receives a gold statuette. Silver statuettes will be awarded to all other Representatives who achieve AUL and PC in the year they are appointed (2015).
