School hours: 7:30 AM - 2:58 PM (ELO will be EVERY WEEK this year)

Doors will be locked when each tardy bell rings,

other than the commons doors, so be on time!

Does your student have a graphing calculator to use at school and at home? All math classes at BHS require graphing calculators. The most commonly used and

widely supported models are the TI-84 and TI-Nspire. Please make sure your student has a calculator to use

since classroom sets are no longer available. The library, in cooperation with the math department, will again be checking out TI-84 calculators to student for

them to use for the year in their math classes in lieu of purchasing their own. Sorry, no TI-Nspire models are

available for check-out at this time. This year-long checkout requires the completion of a short contract that both student and parent have to sign. See your

math teacher for one of these contracts and then bring it to the library to check out the calculator. A great time to do this would be on back-to-school night!

Quantities are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

SAC Meetings are the 2nd Wednesday of September, November, January, March and May at 3:30PM in the IMC, other than the TBA Joint SAC Meetings with all Berthoud schools in November and March.

Activity Pass Fees: Middle & High School students

pay $30 each; K-5 students $15 each; and adults pay

$52 for the first pass and $39 for the second pass. If

you buy more than 2 adult passes it starts again –

$52 for the third and $39 for the fourth.

****************

Athletic Participation Fees: The cost is $125.00 per

sport per season with a $325.00 max per family. The

athletic participation fee does not apply to students who are

eligible for free or reduced lunch.

All students that drive to BHS are required to display a parking permit in their vehicle to park on campus. Please stop by the office to get a FREE parking permit. Our security is then able to know who is on our lot during the day. Please get your permit in a timely manner or students may lose the opportunity to park on campus.

BHS Catering Program is gearing up again this year to cater any of your school or community events, big or small. Contact

Amber Wharton at 970-613-7722 or [email protected] for more information.
