Liturgies this week

The Rosary The Rosary is prayed in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament Mass, Tuesday. – Saturday., before Mass.

Prayer for the ElderlyDear Lord, as my life declines and my energies decrease, hold me by Your power.Give me strength to work in Your service until the last day of my life.Help me to ever have a dread of sin, or whatever would cause the slightest loss of Your grace. All day long and at night keep me close to Your Heart. Finally, may I come rejoicing to that vision of Your beauty, never to be separated from You.

~ Amen

CWL Elections | Will be held at the February meeting 2016. We need a full slate. A membership drive will be held January 9th and 10th and January 16th and 17th. Nomination forms for the election, newsletter and membership list will be given out at the same time. If you are a member in good standing, you

are eligible to stand for an executive position or committee chairman/member. There are only a few who come out to the meetings. We would love for you to attend and put forth your ideas or suggestions. WE NEED YOU. If we don’t have active members who are willing to take on a position or attend meetings we may be forced to fold. We don’t want to do that. Please pray for our CWL and if you can find it in your hearts to help us out it would be most appreciated.

CWL Membership & Sock Drive | Our membership drive will take place on the weekend of Jan. 17. We will again be collecting socks (new and used) to be distributed to the shelters in the city. Through your generosity there was a tremendous response to this last year. Make someone’s day better with a warm pair of socks. Thank you for your continued support.
