Highlights The vast collection of model ships including some made by French prisoners of war as well as those commemorating the World War Two evacuation from Dunkirk. Discover the Chichester family’s nautical connections with an exhibition marking the 50th anniversary of Sir Francis Chichester’s solo trip around the world. Once home to the Chichester family, Arlington Court, a Regency house, has ornate yet homely rooms and boasts an Aladdin’s cave of collections that include model ships, sea shells, pewter and more for you to explore.

Highlights

The vast collection of model ships including some made by French prisoners of war as well as those commemorating the World War Two evacuation from Dunkirk.

Discover the Chichester family’s nautical connections with an exhibition marking the 50th anniversary of Sir Francis Chichester’s solo trip around the world.
