White Medio & Medio ORIGIN: LAS VIOLETAS – CANELONES Wine’s base is produced with varieties Moscatel Honey and Moscato Giallo, which are cold crashed, to increase the aromatic characteristics of these generous grapes. After that process is sweetened with natural sugars and gasified. The result is an aromatic wine, with fruit smell which is enhanced by the carbonic gas and has a nice frizzy flavor. It has a pale yellow color. Is ideal to receive your guests during the check-in, as part of the room’s amenities or to be offered at the hotel’s restaurant. Is better to be served between 8°C and 10°C.
