Maral employs ERP for its 'Q' principle right fromprocurement to delivery. Stringent testing systems likeHVI 9000 and USTER AFIS, online monitoringsystems and state-of-the-art BARCO and Quantumcontamination detection machines ensure best rawmaterial and yarn quality.

The garment division implements SQC through panelinspection, mobile inspectors in line, by settingstandards for individual operations on each machineand through 100% inspection of garments beforefinishing and packing.

Skill Development

Maral’s well-trained staff is its biggest asset. For preserving an eco-friendly environment,best practices are employed at every step of themanufacturing process. Water used in the fabricdyeing and finishing unit is not totally disposed,part of the water is used in the process house,after being recycled through the ETP plant whilethe rest is used for horticulture.

Seven thousand trees are planted every year inthe factory campus, the school and nearby areas.

Maral's commitment to the environment can alsobe measured from the fact that we endeavour not

only to meet legal norms, but in many cases, weexceed them which is best explained when wewon the GreenTech Saftey Award. Because, for us,nothing is more important than maintaining aneco-friendly environment.

Maral has also secured “Oekotex 100”certification for not using restricted substances inour manufacturing process. We maintain apollution free atmosphere in factory premises.
