• Motivate and skill delegates to find eTwinningpartners
• Demonstrate how to embed projects in the curriculum
• Explain the role of the lead teacher with the emphasis on whole school involvement
• Draw up an organisational checklist
How to present eTwinning
• Prepare carefully – structure for your specific audience
• Know your content thoroughly – and the sequence of delivery
• Adjust your presentation to your audience, their experience and time constraints
• Make good use of your own experience and case studies
How to present eTwinning• Talk to the slide content rather than read the
slide• Use a high impact start and an upbeat end where
appropriate• Where possible use minimal notes and engage
with the whole audience• Show an enthusiasm and a passion for eTwinning
but be yourself • Smile and engage with the audience
Organisational Tips
• Submit proposal to NSS
• Find out about the delegates in advance
• Name badges – introductions – icebreaker
• Registration on the eTwinning Portal beforehand
• Start with a short motivational video
• Use a variety of materials, tasks and presentations

• Order equipment – have access to the ICT Technician
• Greet delegates
• Collect email addresses for follow-up support
• Evaluations
• Make delegates aware of how they can access support following the workshop
