Results Consorum has become an influenalorganisaon in enterprise skills development, havinggrown from a small regional base to a business withnaonal presence.

The number of customers it supports has increased by488% in one year and it has achieved a 96% success ratein the number of people compleng their enterprisedevelopment journey. Through its Equip programme thecompany now also supports the long term unemployed toget back into work by using their newly developedenterprising skills.

Results Consorum’s acvies demonstrate a clearcommitment to the long term success of its learners andthe wider enterprise skills agenda.

The Prince's Iniave for Mature

Enterprise (PRIME)

The Prince’s Iniave for Mature Enterprise (PRIME) isthe only naonal charity that helps people over the ageof 50, who are unemployed or facing the threat ofredundancy, set-up their own businesses. Its onlineresources, mentoring schemes, networking events andbusiness training help people adapt their skills andexperience to self-employment.

PRIME has helped more than 24,000 people explorethe possibility of self-employment, with more than10,000 people accessing loans and training courses. Afurther 3,300 people have gone on to set up a businessthanks to PRIME's support.

Adrian Ashton

Adrian offers support, training and consultancy to alltypes of enterprises and has become a thought leaderwithin the IOEE community through his commitmentand energy in sharing his knowledge and experiencewith others. Adrian is a worthy recipient of this award and wethank him for his contribuon to the IOEE communityover the last year. Alan Goward

Alan employed by Lloyds Banking Group and volunteers asa mentor with Business Mentors South West (BMSW). Alanmentors many businesses, including short term mentoringfor those with an urgent need for support. He is a strongadvocate for mentoring and works hard to promote itsbenefits, and to encourage new mentors, amongst hiscolleagues and the wider business community.

Alan regularly supports his organisaon's communicaonsacvies and has recently wrien a blog on his experienceof undertaking the Level 5 mentor champion qualificaonassignments to help others. He regularly aends businessevents arranged by Business Mentors South West and wasa guest speaker at a recent business growth event.

Alan champions mentoring in every aspect of hisprofessional life and we are delighted to recognise his hardwork with this award.

David McQueen is an internaonal speaker, presenter andfacilitator, who is passionate about empoweringprofessionals to tell their story. A raconteur and lover ofresearch and data David delivers his content to his clientswith a unique style that is remembered long aer theevent.

Specialising in presentaon skills, public speaking andleadership David works with clients to make them lookgood both on-stage and off. As a presenter he has workedwith Channel 4, BBC and Virgin Media Pioneers TV, he hasalso facilitated events and delivered speeches for blue chipcompanies and SME’s.
