Field is the perfect setting to entertain friends, clients and colleagues, new and

old. Whether this is your first experience in a suite at CenturyLink Field or you have

witnessed many of the incredible moments that have taken place here, our team is

excited to host your group.

We are First & Goal Hospitality, locally-owned and operated, and established out of

a love for the many creative and distinctive flavors of our region, and a passion for

creating memorable experiences through thoughtful and proactive service.

This region is driven by a profound and inescapable sense of place. Whether it’s

the teams, the hometown heroes, or the food, we Northwesterners share a deep

appreciation and loyalty toward all that is uniquely and distinctly ours.

To emphasize our local flavors, First & Goal Hospitality has partnered with Josh

Henderson and the Huxley Wallace Collective to craft a premium menu that

features flavors and favorites familiar to fans of the Huxley Wallace Collective.

Josh Henderson is the award winning Executive Chef and founder of the

acclaimed Huxley Wallace Collective. Josh has been recognized for his creativity

and thoughtfulness in building menus and food experiences for the many Huxley

Wallace Collective restaurants here in the Seattle area and we are excited to have

his input on the menu you see in the pages to follow.

We are very proud to be taking our CenturyLink Field sustainability program full

circle as we partner with Cedar Grove and their Sound Sustainable Farm to take

our compost and turn it into fresh produce served at CenturyLink Field.

The suite menu at CenturyLink Field features items familiar to the Puget Sound

area, as well as stadium favorites with a local twist. From local fare to beers and

wines from regional breweries and wineries, you have a wide variety of food

and beverage options to create the perfect Seattle game day experience for you

and your guests.

Eating raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Young children, pregnant women, older adults and those with certain medical conditions are at greater risk.

Before placing your order, please inform your Suite Sales Coordinator or Suite Attendant if anyone in your party has a food allergy.

PREORDER MENU, GAMEDAY MENU, ORDERING PROCESS & CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS

First & Goal Hospitality offers an extensive menu for you to select items for your guests prior to event day. Your Suite Sales Coordinator will be happy to assist you in coordinating your menus and ensuring your needs are always met. To ensure that we are able to meet your food and beverage requirements, we request you place preorders by 2pm, three (3) business days prior to your event date. (Orders are due Wednesday by 2pm for Saturday, Sunday or Monday events).

If you miss the preorder menu deadline, you may place your order from the event day menu. You may submit an event day order form in advance, but it will be processed once the gates open on the day of the event. You may also opt to order from the event day menu upon arrival in your suite. We ask that you allow 30-45 minutes for preparation and delivery of event day menu items. Time may vary depending on the item.

Your Suite Sales Coordinator will review your event specifications and will provide you with written confirmation of services via the online ordering system, Bypass.

ORDERING PRIOR TO THE EVENT

All orders are placed into our event ordering system, Bypass. Should you need assistance with this please contact your Suite Sales Coordinator at (206) 808-8304. To order, please follow the instructions below for Bypass.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to cancel a food or beverage order, please contact your Suite Sales Coordinator at least 48 hours prior to your event.

Full price will be charged for all food and beverage cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. If for any reason an event is canceled and the stadium does NOT open, you will not be charged for your food and beverage order.

ORDERING FOOD & BEVERAGE DURING THE EVENT

During events, Suite Attendants are able to take additional food and beverage orders. Should you desire a dedicated Suite Attendant or bartender services, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary staff for an additional fee. When ordering a private attendant or bartender, 3 business days notification is required.

Dedicated Suite Attendant Fee - $275.00 / event

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We require full payment to be made on the day of the event. All charges will be applied to the default credit card initially attached to your Bypass account. If you wish to provide us with a different form of payment for your suite catering you will need to contact your Suite Sales Coordinator two days prior to the event. If payment is not received within the specified time, a late fee of 1.5% per day will be added to the balance. American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa are accepted forms of payment.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

First & Goal Hospitality, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages in accordance with Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Control Board regulations.

In compliance with state law, FGH supplies all beer, wine and liquor. No alcoholic beverages may be removed from CenturyLink Field. Customers must comply with all applicable local and state liquor laws. All alcohol must be served by FGH licensed suite personnel.

All alcohol sales cease at a predetermined time. Your Suite Attendant will inform you and your guests of this time upon your arrival. To ensure a safe and enjoyable time and to maintain compliance with the rules and regulations of the state of Washington and CenturyLink Field, no alcoholic beverages may be brought in or removed from CenturyLink Field at any time.

It is the responsibility of the Suite Owner to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons consume alcoholic beverages in their suite. We reserve the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to a person that appears to be intoxicated.

EXCLUSIVITY

First & Goal Hospitality is proud to be the exclusive hospitality partner for CenturyLink Field. It is not permissible for Suite Owners or their guests to bring food and/or beverage into the suites.

Please inform your Suite Sales Coordinator if you or your guests have specific dietary restrictions or needs. We will provide for any special requests that are made in a timely manner. Any food or beverage product brought into the suites without proper authorization through First & Goal Hospitality, will be confiscated and/or charged to the Suite Owner at a normal retail price for such items.

Food and beverage is to be consumed during the event. At the conclusion of the event, all remaining food will be removed by First & Goal Hospitality Suite associates. All suites are provided with the necessary chafing dishes and other service equipment. Replacement fees will be assessed for missing or damaged items.

ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE AND SALES TAX

All food & beverage services are subject to sales tax of 10.1% and an 21% taxable administrative charge. This administrative charge is not intended to be a gratuity, tip or service charge for the benefit of employees. Gratuities may be paid to the Suite Attendant upon the Suite Owner’s discretion. Charges and taxes are subject to change without notice.
