18.00 - 19.00 Circuit Training - Come and explore your fitness potential with an extensive range of exercises to work towards toning and increase your fitness levels.

18.00 - 19.30 Yoga - Come and relax and unwind with this popular alternative form of exercise designed to help muscle suppleness and mental relaxation.

TUESDAY

12.15 - 13.00 Boot Camp - Designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.

18.00 - 19.00 HIIT - A class based on short rounds of high intensity exercise using free weights and body weight to get your body into prime condition.

19.00 - 20.00 Step ‘n’ Tone - Is an energetic and fun class will get your heart pumping, also developing co-ordination and rhythm.

WEDNESDAY

12.30 - 13.20 Pilates - develops body awareness, improves postural alignment and increases flexibility.

17.15 - 18.00 Zumba - Suitable for all ages and abilities and is the perfect way to keep fit, in shape and happy.
