BOSTON RED SOX The $48.5 million renovation to CenturyLink Sports Complex and Hammond Stadium will result in a Spring Training facility that will shape the vision for the Minnesota Twins’ future and create room for the team to grow, while elevating the fan experience for the community and visitors who travel to Lee County each spring. PHASE I RENOVATIONS: Phase I of the renovation s, completed prior to Spring Training 2014, included a new residential player development academy, extensive renova tions to the Minor League clubhouse and administrative areas, a new playing field, new agility field, an expanded seating capacity and the completion of a 360-degree boardwalk with new berm seating in left field. These renovations further differentiate and enhance the Minnesota Twins training and development experience. PHASE II RENOVATIONS: Phase II of the renovations, completed for 2015 Spring Training, includes substantial changes to Hammond Stadium that will reshape the fan experience, including expanded and upgraded concourses, improved concession s and restrooms and a new retail store. Additional renovations include upgraded premium seating, new suites with improved views, additional spaces for group seating, a press box renovation and clubhouse expansion, further enhancing the experience for visitors and players alike.     OFFICE SPACE:New 2,500-square-foot MLB office suiteand 1,900-square-foot MiLB suite

    CLUBHOUSE EXPANSION:Renovated clubhouse with new lockers,showers, weight room, training facility,hydrotherapy room and administrationareas, along with a players lounge andpress dining area

    PLAYER DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY:The residential player developmentacademy creates a year-round, multi-discipline residential training center forplayers and staff and differentiates theTwins from other training experiences. Theresidential component of the academy hasbeen funded by the Twins organization,who contributed $6 million and will providedorm-like housing for players.

    ADDITIONAL TRAINING COMPONENTS:New agility field added, new 190 x 115running hill, new Gulf Coast League practicefield that matches Target Field outfieldwall dimensions and new video coachingcameras and WiFi throughout 7 practice fields

    LOCAL IMPACT:Spring Training in Lee County contributesmore than $47 million to the local economy,with $23 million of that coming from Twinsattendees. It also results in 970 jobs, $21million in household income, $2.3 millionin local government revenue and $4.4

    million in state government revenue.
