FORGOT PASSWORD PROCESS:

Click on the “Reset my password” link:

Enter the User Name and the validation information. Click the Submit button.

Enter the answer to the Security Question and click the Submit Answer button.

Enter new password and enter it again. Click on the Update Password button.

Password is updated and the user can log in with the User Name and the new password.

FORGOT USER NAME PROCESS:

Click the “Reset my password” link.

Click on “Click here if you don’t know your User Name?” link:

Enter information and click the Submit button.

Correctly answer the Security Question and click the Submit Answer button.

User Name is provided. Enter a new password and enter it again. Click the Update Password button.

Password is updated and the user can log in with the User Name and the new password.

FORGOT ANSWER TO SECURITY QUESTION:

If using the Forgot Password or Forgot User Name functions and unable to answer the Security Question, click “Reset

& send password request” link.

Received an email right away:

Click “click here” link.

Enter new password and enter new password again. Select Security Question and enter answer. Click Change

Password button.

Password is updated; Security Question and Answer are updated; and the user can log in with the User Name and the

new password.
