climate survey nov 17, 2014
TRANSCRIPT
The leadership of the Division of Student Affairs wanted to develop a baseline of data that will help develop a deeper awareness of how members of the UNT-DSA relate to one another and their degree of job satisfaction. We believe this survey to be unprecedented in both breadth and depth at UNT and fully understand this tool to be a starting point and not a finish line. Our purpose is clear. We seek to create and nurture in every corner of the Division- an ethos of respect for others and inclusion for all. We seek to develop a culture in which our University community will cherish and benefit from a robust, constructive discourse and daily interactions among all of its members. It will require more than a pledge, more than a policy. Instead, it will require an enduring commitment from the entire DSA – every administrator, every staff member, everybody, every day. Let this survey stand as a step toward furthering that ideal.
