– Administer Student Registration

Overview

Co-Curricular Activities (CCA)

Setup co-curricular activities (CCA) online to enable students to select their preferred choices and for teachers to approve & decline student applications


Co-Curricular Activities




Step 1:

Go to School Admin -> Co-

Curricular Activities and click

on Track CCA by Form Class



Step 2:

Select a form class from

the drop-down menu or

select All Students



Step 3:

Toggle selection to view All Students,

Registered Students or Unregistered Students

(those who have not selected any CCAs)

Step 4:

Select the CCA name to

approve or decline*Note:

You may export this

report into Excel



Step 6:

Click on the Info icon to ensure

the student does not already

have a conflicting CCA accepted

Step 5:

Toggle selection to view All Members,

Accepted Members, Pending Members or

Declined Members of this CCA



* The CCA Registration Details

will be shown after clicking on

the student’s Info icon

Step 7:

Click Close after viewing the

student’s CCA registration details

* CCAs that the student has

registered for and has been accepted

will be shown as “Accepted”



Step 8:

Check √√√√ all the student(s) who

you wish to Accept or Decline.

Step 9:

Click on Accept or Decline to proceed



Step 1:

If Accepted, a pop-up reminder will appear

regarding the possibility of conflicting CCAs.

Click OK to proceed or click Cancel to return.

Step 2:

If you click OK, a notification window will

appear to inform of successful acceptance.

Click OK to proceed.



*Note:

The available quota will be automatically

decreased upon acceptance of new CCA members.



Step 1:

If Declined, a pop-up will appear to select

reason for application decline.

Select appropriate reason and click Save.

*Note:

If you select Others, a textbox

will appear to state specific

reason for application decline.



Editing Students’ CCA Application Status



Step 1:

Go to School Admin -> Co-

Curricular Activities and click

on Track CCA by Form Class



Step 2:

Select a form class from

the drop-down menu or

select All Students



Step 3:

Toggle selection to view All Students,

Registered Students or Unregistered Students

(those who have not selected any CCAs)

Step 4:

Select the CCA name to

edit affected student(s)*Note:

You may export this

report into Excel



Step 5:

Check √√√√ all the student(s) who you

wish to edit CCA application status

Step 6:

Click Accept or Decline to change student(s) application

status or click Reset Status to return the status to “Pending”



Step 1:

Go to School Admin ->


and click on CCA List



Step 2:

Click Summary Report



The no. of male (B) and female (G) students who have

applied for the various CCAs as 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices

will be shown along with the no. of accepted members.

Step 3:

Click Export to Excel to save the

summary report in MS Excel format
