• Consider nature of the challenge from balcony view• Put your attention on the web of connectivity between
members• Each individual a voice of the system; a signal for the
system• What is different from this vantage point?• What is emerging for the system/or team entity?• What is It asking for/demanding/needing?• If you choose to work from this new awareness, what might
you do differently?
