Coworking in Munich

Coworking is trending as an increasingly popular option for start-up entrepreneurs,

self-employed persons and creative types. Since shared office space and

infrastructure sharply reduces rental costs while enhancing flexibility, Munich is no

exception to this rule. Freelancers in particular see the opportunity to pool ideas in a

community of like-minded people as a valuable source of both motivation and useful

synergies.

Munich has every conceivable variation on the theme of coworking on offer: large coworking

spaces operated by nationwide providers, industry-specific coworking facilities, coworking

for start-ups that includes consulting and coaching services, and even fab labs with special

technical equipment and fittings. One thing all these offerings have in common is that

workspace and equipment can be rented for flexible periods (on a daily, weekly or monthly

basis) with no long-term commitments.
