Dear CDS Elements,

This is to inform you that in continuation to the Securities and Exchange

Commission of Pakistan (SECP) emails regarding the subject matter,

thereby please find enclosed copy of the Government Directives, UNSCR

2375 (2017) related to imposing of new sanctions on the DPRK/North

Korea issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs provided by the SECP for

implementation of the provisions mentioned in the attached Resolution in

which they have placed several individuals and entities on UNSCR

sanctions list, details of whom are provided in annexure 1 and 2 of the

attached resolution. A consolidated list is also available at the UN sanctions

committee’s website and can be accessed at following link:

https://www.un.org/sc/suborg/en/sanctions/un-sc-consolidated-list

You are also requested to regularly access the abovementioned

consolidated list (updated time to time) to stay informed regarding such

entities / individuals & insure compliance.
