Introduction

PES Egypt - is stock company Foundation accordance with the provisions of Egyptian law No.159 of 1981 and established according to the provisions of Egyptian law No.95 of 1992, contained in commercial registration no. 27368, executed before secretary of commercial register, Authorized share capital50,000,000 L.E and the issued and fully paid share Capital of the company at 4 August 2009 amounted to 5,000,000 L.Edistributed over 50,000 shares with par value 100 L.E each, at December 2016 PES Raised the company capital from 5,000,000 to 10,000,000 L.E.


PES staff are aware of the international codes and standards, safety, with high technical and personal skills.PES staff are able to coordinate between various contractors in site, able to manage and control the job with time schedules and periodic reports. PES Policy, in carrying out all its activities, is to pursue a Sound Health, safety and Environmental System and Program in order to protect the safety and health of employees, contractors, customers and the community at large.
