Discussion questions

1. Are European universities prepared for complex quality management: what are the conditions of the introduction (IT, data collection, managerial and legal environment)?

2. One of the basic assumptions of the system is using learning outcomes (competence based curriculum development) and EQF levels. Do you see any obstacles at institutional or national level? Can the introduction of national qualification framework be a short term reality in your country?

3. Is it possible to connect institutional systems to provide data for national or international analysis?
