Please take 10 minutes to answer the questions below. Your responses will be kept anonymous. Return the completed survey to your child's teacher in the envelope provided no later than
Tuesday, May 19, 2015.
One survey response per household per school. For K-11 schools ONLY, households may submit one survey per sector (elementary & secondary).
You can also answer this survey on Facebook at www.facebook.com/EMSBParents. Please click on the survey link on our profile page and enter the password found on the top of the attached cover letter.
