泥磨系统的全部离心风机的设计制造及设备成套能力。该系统主要包

括以下风机：窑头废气排风机、高温风机、窑尾废气排风机、生料磨

循环风机、煤粉风机、篦冷机冷却风机、水泥磨循环风机、尾排风机

等。

CQGI has had capacity of designing and manufacturing all centrifugal fans with complete equipment for 2000t/d - 12000t/d new dry-process cement clinker calcination system and cement grinding system. The fans include: kiln inlet exhaust fan, high temperature fan, kiln outlet exhaust fan, raw mill circulating fan, coal dust fan, grate cooler cooling fan, cement mill circulating fan, outlet exhaust fan, etc.

一、熟料煅烧系统

1. 窑头废气排风机：位于窑头电收尘或袋收尘后。

a) 技术参数：

压力：2000~5500pa(全压)。

流量：32~120 万 m3/h。

气体密度：1.293kg/Nm3

工作温度：200~250℃，短时温度 350℃。



含尘量：约≤100mg/Nm3。

b) 风机技术特点：

叶轮形式：后弯单板叶片，叶片工作面堆焊高强度耐磨焊条，耐

磨，性能曲线平坦，适应工况范围广。

风机效率：83~85%。

结构形式：单吸或双吸双支撑 F 型传动。SKF 轴承,采用水冷油浴

润滑，轴承温度≤45℃，寿命长。

1. Clink Calcination System A. Kiln inlet exhaust fan: behind electrical dust precipitator or bag filter

a. Technical Parameter Total Pressure: 2000~5500 pa Airflow: 320000~1200000 m3/h Air Density: 1.293kg/Nm3

Operating Temperature: 200~250℃, short term temperature: 350℃

Dust load: ≤100mg/Nm3

2. 窑尾高温风机:位于旋风除尘器后，用于抽引预热器废气。

a) 技术参数：

压力：6500~8500pa(全压)。

流量：35~90 万 m3/h。

气体密度：1.4~1.5kg/Nm3

工作温度：350℃，短时温度 450℃。

含尘量：60~80 mg/Nm3

max≤120mg/Nm3。




叶轮形式：材料为专用高温耐热钢。后弯单板叶片，叶片工作面

堆焊高强度耐磨焊条，耐磨，性能曲线平坦，适应工

况范围广。

风机效率：80~83%。

结构形式：单吸或双吸双支撑 F 传动。SKF 轴承,采用稀油强制润

滑，轴承温度≤45℃，寿命长。

B. Kiln Outlet High Temperature Fan: behind cyclone dust

extractor, used for draught of exhaust gas of preheater a. Technical Parameter Total Pressure: 6500~8500 pa Airflow: 350000~900000m

3. 生料磨循环风机:位于旋风除尘器后，用于抽引原料磨系统（辊

压机）的废气。

a) 技术参数：

压力：6000~10000pa(全压)。

流量：35~120 万 m3/h。



气体密度：1.35~1.4kg/Nm3

工作温度：90~100℃，短时温度 250℃。

含尘量： max≤100mg/Nm3。


叶轮形式：材料为高强度钢。叶片采用耐磨后弯单板直叶片，叶

片工作面堆焊高强度耐磨焊条或符合耐磨板，耐磨，

性能曲线平坦，适应工况范围广。

风机效率：80~83%。

结构形式：单吸或双吸双支撑 F 传动。SKF 轴承, 水冷油浴润滑，

轴承温度≤45℃，寿命长。

C. Raw Mill Circulating Fan: behind cyclone dust extractor, used for draught of exhaust gas of raw mill system (roll squeezer) a. Technical Parameter

4. 窑尾废气排风机：位于袋收尘后，用于抽引窑尾袋收尘器净化

工作温度：120~180℃ 短时温度 250℃。

线平坦，适应工况范围广。

D. Kiln Oulet Exhaust Fan: behind bag filter, used for draught of

5. 篦冷机冷却风机：位于篦冷机旁，抽大气冷却熟料。

工作温度：20~40℃ 。

含尘量：约≤30mg/Nm3。

b)风机技术特点：

叶片形式：后弯单板或机翼叶片，能曲线平坦，适应工况范围广。

风机效率：80~85%。

结构形式：单吸 D 传动。SKF 轴承,采用水冷油浴润滑，轴承温

度≤95℃，寿命长。

E. Grate Cooler Cooling Fan: beside grate cooler, used for

曲线平坦，适应工况范围广。

风机效率：80~84%。

结构形式：单吸 D 型或单（双）吸 F 型传动。SKF 轴承,采用水

冷油浴润滑，轴承温度≤45℃，寿命长。

工作温度：80~150℃。

含尘量：≤50mg/Nm3 max≤100mg/Nm
