Deborah Hetrick Regional Vice President ARAMARK Healthcare Deborah is a Regional Vice President for ARAMARK Healthcare. Her responsibilities include overseeing food and facility contract management services for hospitals and senior living facilities throughout the East Region. Deborah and her team are responsible for managing over $500 million in client budgets, with a focus on cost-efficiencies in a challenging healthcare environment, while enhancing the patient experience. Deborah has been with Aramark for over 20 years, with roles in Marketing, Program Management and Operations. She has presented internationally on US Healthcare Environmental Trends to Community and Hospital Infection Control Association - Canada (CHICA) and to the National Performance Advisory Group (NPAG) in London, a division within the NHS which provides benchmarking and procurement services to NHS Trusts in the UK. Deborah holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in marketing and economics, from the University of Delaware. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of industry organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), and Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF). She serves on the Board of Thrivent New Castle County Chapter as well as the Corporate Fundraising Committee of the Maternity Care Coalition. Deborah, her husband, John, and two children live in Wilmington, Delaware.
