Last year football championship Euro 2012 had opened and showcased Ukraine for many Europeans from different perspective. And this year EuroCo 2013 is a unique chance to present our country to AIESECers from all over Europe and North America. We are proud to be a driver for our country in becoming more connected to the word at the times of its growth and development. Leading the CC team in realizing this dream is a desired challenge. This not an exam. This is not an evaluation. This is a step to contribute to the development of something significant like gathering hundreds of young leaders together to push this organization forward. Challenge today, impact tomorrow. We are happy to welcome you, dear Delegate of European Congress 2013 in Ukraine.

It is a great honor to write this introduction realizing AIESEC Ukraine's dream to be the host country for the European Congress 2013. And this dream comes from the simple but outstanding fact that our country represents an ideal environment for an organization of this nature. Ukraine is the largest country in the Europe, with long history and bright perspectives in the future. We are young country that is developing on the principles of democracy and freedom.

EuroCo 2013 is one of the biggest international conferences of AIESEC which gather together more than 150 young leaders to share ideas and build the strategy of community development and youth empowerment.

European Congress 2013 brings you 7 days of discovery collaboration and inspiration for

more than 200 young people from around 50 countries in Europe and North America. If anyone is willing to live through one of the core values of AIESEC – Living Diversity, this is the right place to be and see. EuroCo’13 is a three platform based event, that as well includes Youth Forum and Alumni dinner.

Representatives from around 50 countries in Europe and Northern America will take part in this event to celebrate the diversity of AIESEC network and showcase their different cultures. This event will be open to public and promoted for in Kyiv specifically.

Will expose bright Ukrainian culture as well as Congress’ Gala night will be held. Be prepared to explore Ukrainian dance show, performing modern bands and richness of culture of the host country.

Global Youth Forum is a unique event for young people to discuss important and relevant issues and trends to create a vision of the world by 2020. Bohdan Hawrylyshyn, one of the creators of the WEF, and Pavlo Sheremeta, ex-president of the Institute of Blue Ocean Strategy, will take part in the forum as speakers.

Plunge into the fairy tale Ukraine — what comes to mind when you hear this name? Maybe the Klitschko Brothers, Andriy Shevchenko, Nikolai Gogol, and maybe Kyiv, the Dnipro, the Carpathian Mountains. But this is just a small part of the brilliant talents and unbelievably beautiful places that grace our country.

Coming to Ukraine you will find a charming country, the second biggest territory in Europe and its heart… The beauty and variety of Ukraine’s natural environment are truly marvelous!

In Western Ukraine, the Carpathian Mountains soar, protecting the country from cold winds and making its summers warm, its winters mild. Leaving Ukraine from the north, you will soon be able to feel the warm breath of subtropical Crimea. Ukraine is confidently moving ahead with economic transformations and a better investment climate, doing everything possible right now to attract international investors to its shores.

people that are coming for visits. Therefore there is a wide range of countries that do not require Ukrainian visa. On the right side you can see the list or you can check by visiting website of ministry of foreign affairs www.mfa.gov.ua.

If you are not from these countries you should do following steps to come to Ukraine: 1. EuroCo CC will send you a form to fill in with

detailed information. Please do so and attach scan copy of your passport with good quality. In case Congress Committee needs more information or documents, we will approach you by e-mail.

2. Receive Scan copy of your Invitation Letter by email and print it out in a good quality.

3. Apply for the short-term visa in the Ukrainian embassy in your country.

4. Get your visa and have a nice trip to Ukraine.

Firstly please check list of countries with free visas. If you citizenship is in the list, you don’t need visa and you just come to Ukraine.

EuroCo 2013 will take place in a Royal Congress hotel, 3-star hotel which is situated 1,5 km from “Kyiv” airport.
