    Introduction of Sanitary Napkin MachineZ.Y.G-960Type Serials Production Lines Sanitary Napkin with Wing

    We design and make the internationally advanced Z.Y.G-960Type Serials

    Sanitary Napkin with Wing Production Lines based on the advanced

    technologies of the same kind products.

    Main features and Functions

    1.The grinder is equiped with saw tooth teeth , which feed the fluff pulp mat

    steadily ,evenly from the feeding cylinder ,when it has enough supply , the

    mill can stop working to save electricity.

    2.The forming aluminium alloy mold made with New technologies control the mat by ration accuracy, evenly, it forms the mat

    accuracy.

    3.Double wing adhesive strip ,use the rolling adhesive system of up to day design (double faced adhesive can also be used) and

    cutter system, which can reduce the cost of the products.

    4.In Z.Y.G-960Type production line, the single forming blade ,single embossing die can play in most efficient, which can

    reduce the fault rate of the equipment , and can be easily maintained, the blade can be easily sharpped. Commission and

    adjustment can be operated conveniently, simply .5.Butterfly shape cutting system. We have imported advanced butterfly shape cutter processing equipment. The cutter material

    is made from tungsten steel, and with the hot treatment quench of the latest technology, which can make the cutter longer

    6.Drive system . We use vari-speed drive, phase adjustable motor-driven

    differential mechanism, steady running, low noise, which can adjust the

    running speed of the main motor and the embossing, the position of the

    cutting.

    Machinery Structure

    Pulp feeding frame: use the electrically controlled lifter, the feeding is easily operated by one people Pulp grinder: use the

    advanced grinding system with the reject fibre collecting device,

    which can reduce the production cost Pad wrapping system: use the

    pliable but strong wrapping and forming device made from the

    stainless steel with special specification and designs. Hot melt

    adhesive rolling system: use the special applying adhesive device,

    which is provided to apply pressure sensitive adhesive lines to the

    silicon release paper and is operated and maintained easily andsimply . Pad conveyor: Convey the pads in 2.5M row, which is

    convenient for packing inspection drive system: use the most solid

    spiral gear and cylinda gear of different specification to match with 1:20 vary-speed gear shift allowing for reduction of the pulp

    mat to the proper thickness at the desired weight.

    BABY DIAPERS MACHINE

    DESCRIPTION

    THIS MACHINE CONSISTS OF A CONTINUOS OPERATION IN WHICH THE FILLER PAPER IS GROUNDED BY

    TWO ROLLER GEAR MILLS TO PRODUCE FLUFFED PULP WHICH IS THEN SUPPORTED BY A TISSUE PAPER. ASUPER ABSORBENT POWDER IS APPLIED TO THE PULP TO COMPLEMENT THE PLUFF FOR ABSORBENCY.

    NEXT A NON WOVEN COVER IS APPLIED, ALONG WITH A LOW DENSITY POLYPROPYLENE BACKING.

    ADHESIVE IS APPLIED TO BOND THE MATERIALS WITH THE FILLER (CONFINED TO A DESIGNATED

    ABSORBENCY AREA OF THE DIAPER). ELASTIC IS APPLIED TO PROVIDE A CONTOURED FIT. THE DIAPER IS

    CUT TO THE PROPER DIMENSION, FASTENER AND RELEASE TAPES ARE ATTACHED AT DESIGNATED POINTS.

    FINALLY THE ASSEMBLED DIAPER IS FOLDED. AND STACKED AUTOMATICALLY IN BUNDLES, AND FINALLY

    READY TO BE PACKED IN BAGS OR CORRUGATED BOXES.
