What USA Players Are Saying …

“In my opinion there is nothing betterthan representing your country. You areon a team full of great talent, and it isjust you, your teammates and coaches, with everyone else cheering against you. It's a great feeling to show others thatthe USA is the best country when itcomes to basketball. My advice to theguys would be to remember what you areplaying for. Do not get caught up in your-self, rather sacrifice and do what is bestfor the team.”

- , 2009 U16, 2010 U17 &2010 Nike Hoop Summit member.

“After our camp we added each other onTwitter and Facebook, and we kept incontact. I made really good friends outhere. We are all intense about basketball, and we all know the game. We get eachother because our lives are very similar ina lot of ways.”

- 11-12 DNT member after the October 2011 mini-camp.

“I think the first thing is wehad a great group of guys whohad a good chemistry and whoall came to work every singleday. The coaches were allgreat, they pushed us to begreat and to come together. The experience of playing foryour country is such an awesome thing, I wouldn’ttrade it for anything in theworld.”
