Totally enclosed bearings that guard against failure from dust and prolongs service life;• A steel drawbar with protected handle for extra safety and strength;• Pivot mounted large polyurethane steer wheels to ensure stability on uneven surfaces;• 202° steer handle arc enables easy maneuvering of pallet truck in confi ned areas;• Large polyurethane wheels for improved stability and allows for quiet operation.•

PHYSICAL STRUCTUREThe frame and forks of the HPT28 are made of welded steel• Fork ends are rounded and tapered to minimize damage at pallet entry and exit.• Pallet entry and exit rollers allow easy pallet entry and exit with minimum damage.• Easy access bearing points for ease of maintenance and lubrication•

USER CONTROLSThe HPT28’s Handle is made of steel for strength and fashioned in a closed loop design. • The drawbar provides control and offers protection to the operator’s hands in restrictive areas. The hydraulic hand control offers three control positions: lift, lower, and neutral.• The wide grip control handle allows for practically effortless pumping when lowering loads.•

HYDRAULICSHeavy duty design with chrome-plated pistons and overload safety device.• The Load Lowering Value ensures even lowering of loads.• The HPT28 is designed for easy maintenance providing trouble-free access to the hydraulic unit.•

PUMP UNITFully enclosed pump seals out dirt and moisture, preventing damage to seals.• Chrome-plated ram and piston with high quality polyurethane seals to ensure performance.•

WHEELS & BEARINGSPremium high quality polyurethane steer and load wheels provide excellent rolling qualities yet • resist chunking and cracking. All wheels are fi tted with sealed, lubricated precision bearings for ease of rolling and low maintenance.
