Parent informationA confirmation will be given to you that will include a medical consent form and code of conduct; these should be completed and returned as soon as possible. After June 1 our Summer Camp Newsletter will be e-mailed to families with information regarding pick-up and drop-off details, what to bring, what not to bring and other pertinent information.

If the minimum number of students required is not met by the deadlines MCFTA reserves the right to cancel the class or camp and provide a full refund of all paid fees. Processing fee will not apply to classes or camps cancelled by MCFTA.

sUPerVised lUnchtimesAvailable for campers age 6 & up who are attending a morning and an afternoon camp during the same week. (Campers must provide their own sack lunch.)Pre-registration Required! Space is limited; first come, first served.Cost: $10 for the week (No registration is needed for full-day camp; lunchtime is part of those programs.)

History camps take place at Heritage Park, 3417 W. Main St.

Art, music, science and theatre camps take place at Midland Center for the Arts.

toddler tUnesJune 22 – August 10 (Th) • 11:15 – 11:45 am (weekly drop-in class)Ages: 1½ – 3 • $60/punchcard or $10/session A wonderful musical beginning includes singing, rocking, finger games and lots of rhythm play. Walking babies (18 months – 3 years) and their caregivers will have fun with movement and rhythm, activity songs for body awareness, singing silly songs, playing small percussion instruments, keyboard games, manipulatives (hoops, streamers, balls), & listening activities. Class does not meet July 6 or 27.Instructor: Nicole Fisher

The Children's School of Music (TCSOM)creates life-long inner expression and creativity by uncovering children’s natural, musical talents. Carefully constructed courses allow children to learn the basic building blocks of music, including vocal, rhythmic, piano and note reading skills. Located in the lower level of MCFTA. Campers will enjoy many wonderful books while also trying their hands at rhythmic instruments, songs, basic navigation of the piano and reading music.Instructor: Mackenna Greene

carniVal of animalsJune 26 – 30 • 9 – 11 am (23682)August 14 – 18 • 9 – 11 am (23694)Ages: 3½ – 5 • $112 Journey through a jungle, a farm and a safari and encounter some creepy crawly critters as we explore the Carnival of Animals music from composer, Saint Saën. Mixed with our preschool-age music program, this camp will emphasize singing, movement, rhythm and keyboard activities. Campers will expand music theory knowledge and keyboard skills through chord progressions and melody improvisation all while singing along! sUPerVised lUnchtimesAvailable for campers age 6 & up who are

attending a morning and an afternoon camp during the same week.

(Campers must provide their own sack lunch.)

Pre-registration Required! Space is limited; first come, first served.

Cost: $10 for the week(No registration is needed for full-day camp;

lunchtime is part of those programs.)
