Sold Out National Event Management (Sold Out) is an established total event delivery organisation, which

has been specialising in concept proposal, event development, implementation, production and oversee of

all components of corporate, charity, community, government, promotional and sporting events, both

internationally and throughout Australia for 21 years!.

Sold Out's expertise, creativity, national and international resources provide a comprehensive service for

Sold Out has coordinated aspects of the largest events experienced in Australia, such as the Sydney 2000

Olympic Games, A1 Grand Prix and 2006 & 2012 World Surf Life Saving Championships, not to mention

the Australian Olympic Team 'Welcome Home' Celebrations since the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. Sold

Out was also instrumental in the realisation of the Sydney Christmas Parades.

Internationally our knowledge base includes the look and feel of the 2004 Salt Lake Winter Olympic and

Public Celebrations and Events

Sold Out has been involved in developing the “Look & Feel of the Games”: design, production, installation,

maintenance and removal of 'Look & Wayfinding' elements for Olympic and Commonwealth Games and

International Sporting Bodies for world-class events. As such, Sold Out has a strong and proud relationship

with the Australian Olympic movement, since 1996

Working with clients, organising committees and venue management teams, Sold Out helped to create and

maintain guidelines, controlling production schedules, deadlines and sponsorship leveraging, Sold Out is

always within brand, commercial, venue and occupational health and safety guidelines.

Our company humbly represents 21 successful years of troubleshooting through effective planning and

seamless implemention of solutions for every event to thrive in the natural environment, ensuring athletes,

VIP’s, sponsors, media and spectators are all provided with a safe and accessible venue, showcasing

world’s best practises.

Sold Out's responsibilites include; total event management and delivery;liaising and leveraging with all

venues and stakeholders; site preparations and management; collateral warehousing and logistics; supply

of experienced event personnel both nationally and Internationally across multiple venues simultaneously.

Street Parades

Sold Out has been instrumental in planning and managing

a large number of activities in the public domain over the

past 20 years. Most notably were the 2007 and 2008

Sydney Christmas Parades, the 1996 – 2012 (inclusive)

respective Australian Olympic Team “Welcome Home

Celebrations”, held in every Australian Capital City, over a

ten day period, incorporating 24 events continuously.

The logistical, operational and overall scheduling involved

in managing, leveraging and coordinating numerous

stakeholders and sponsors around Australia. An enormous

task that Sold Out's expertise encompases, including:

Media Conferences

Media conferences and press launches are fundamental components to promoting a brand, event or

personality. They require a specific event format to ensure that key messages are communicated to the

target audience, via an ever discerning media.

Sold Out regularly coordinates national media conferences and press launches and takes care of liaising

with venues, providing and briefing MC’s / Hosts and supply’s all necessary audio and visual equipment.

From a national travelling convoy of branded promotional vehicles, to a community based event in regional

Our experience includes:

Comprehensive management of the Carlton United V8 Road Train,which travelled to each round of

the V8 series (2003-2006 inc.), transporting four V8 Challenge Cars on board. This four year

program saw Sold Out hosting Victoria Bitter promo activities at each round including the “VB

Challenge” and implementing a 'Drive Day' format for Carlton United Beverages corporate guests

and professional drivers.

National Australia Bank 150 Tour; Sold Out managed vehicle construction and branding,

customisation and overall logistical directorship of the semi-trailer and it’s accompanying vehicles

around 80 rural and metropolitan locations across Australia. At each event, Sold Out was

responsible for community and private sector events and corporate functions.

Global 2007/2008 BHP Billiton Beijing Olympics Sponsorship Leverage Program - A global

program of events aimed at promoting BHP, and Olympic ideals, through interactive corporate and

community days. This included engaging the community, staff, stakeholders and clients with a

range of sport based activities at BHP Billiton mines around the world. Sold Out managed these

event days in South Africa, Mozambique, Suriname, Groote Eylandt, Beijing and numerous rural

locations throughout Australia.

Signage

Sold Out are specialists in signage design, production and supply. We provide specific recommendations,

innovation, installation, maintainance and removel of all types of signage across a wide variety of events.

When selecting the signs for your event, Sold Out considers:

Event type and suitability of signs

Life expectancy and durability of the signs

Sponsor's expectations, legacy of items

Indoor or outdoor use and/or climate conditions

Size restrictions vs. space available

Fixing mechanisms and possible locational restrictions

Third party usage, including instructions and training

Wayfinding and directional signage is an important aspect of any event. It ensures spectators, general

public, athletes, officials, emergency services and volunteers are able to “find their way” easily. These signs

identify restricted areas, spectator areas, media, medical, services and information booths and can be

modified for indoor or outdoor use.

Sold Out can advise size, type, colour, layout and placement of signage and produce, install and remove

these compnents for your event. Vehicle signage for an event is another very effective form of

identification and Sold Out can supply you with vehicle magnets or decals with the event logo and vehicle

status.

Specialised Equipment Transportation

Sold Out has developed an industry leading equipment transportation solution tailored to the efficient, safe

and timely delivery of professional sporting equipment nation wide.

The movement of specialised and professional sporting equipment between events and competitions

around Australia has traditionally been complicated and costly problem for many of our clients. Sold Out

has simplified this issue by developing a single point, door to door delivery service.

Our fully insulated transport vehicle is custom fit with removable racks specifically designed to safely

deliver surf skis, boards and other equipment any where in Australia and was recently utilised to transport

the complete professional surf ski and board equipment cache to all corners of the country for the nation

wide 2013/14 Kelloggs Iron Man Series.

The racks can be removed or moved to suit different types of equipment and even taken from the truck and

used as ski and board racking in the event arena in places such as on the beach.

Sold Out National Event Management is dedicated to finding the best transport solution to suit our clients

individual needs and deliver the countries highest level of nation wide specialised sporting equipment

transportation.

Logistics and Warehouse Management

Sold Out has an established Warehouse Management Team with several facilities that provide

comprehensive solutions for the storage, inventorisation, cleaning, maintenance and distribution of event

equipment and signage. Sold Out can offer you long or short-term storage options, in conjunction with our

project managers, so that Sold Out are in the ideal position to pack, freight, install and return your signs

from your next event.

All your items are kept in secure and accessible warehouses owned and operated by Sold Out who can

provide you with consistent updates on your stock.

At the conclusion of an event all signage and/or items are cleaned and re-stored until next required. Sold

Out will provide you with feedback on the condition of your items and advise when it should be updated,

repaired or replaced.

At present, Sold Out provides storage and event signage management for Telstra, Men’s Health, News

Limited, Endeavour Energy, Surf Life Saving Australia, Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain, Swimming Australia, Athletics
