Fabric 3: ⅜yd - 40cm - A232.2 (Dragon castle on light blue)Fabric 4: ⅜yd - 40cm - A233.2 (Ink splats on red)
Fabric 5: ⅜yd - 40cm - A234.2 (Flying dragons on light jade)Fabric 6: ⅜yd - 40cm - A235.3 (Flames on midnight)

Wadding and backing 54” x 57”
Use ¼" seam allowance throughout. Press all seams open unless otherwise noted
DESIGN 1 (Main Diagram)
CUTTING
1. From fabric 1 cut:2 x 3½" x 50½" (you will need to join your fabric strips to get the length)2 x 3½" x 47½" (you will need to join your fabric strips to get the length)
2. From fabric 2 cut:34 x 3½" x 3½”
3. From fabric 3 cut:36 x 3½" x 3½”
4. From fabric 4 cut:36 x 3½" x 3½”
5. From fabric 5 cut:35 x 3½" x 3½”
6. From fabric 6 cut:34 x 3½" x 3½"
7. From fabric 7 cut:35 x 3½" x 3½”
8. From fabric 8 cut:2 x 1½" x 45½" (you will need to join your fabric strips to get the length)2 x 1½" x 44½" (you will need to join your fabric strips to get the length)
COMPLETION
1. Sandwich quilt top, wadding and backing. Pin or baste layers
2. Quilt as desired
3. Double bind edges with 2½" fabric 8 strips

MAKING UP THE QUILT
This is an easy quilt to make, it is just placing the fabrics in the right order
Lay out the fabric squares for your first row as in the main diagram
Sew this row together, now do the same to the next row. Keep doing this to each row until you have sewn all of the rows
Next sew your rows together to complete the centre of the quilt
Stitch the inner border to the sides and then the top and bottom of the quilt
Now sew the outer border sides and the top and bottom
