DMG Mobile Glass LabDMG School Project Mobile Glass Lab provides educational opportunities to both artists and community while contributing to the development of glass as a creative medium in both St. Petersburg and the international glass community.

The DMG School Project Mobile Glass Lab provides outreach to area public and private schools through on-site demonstrations and hands-on experiences at all grade levels. Experiences like these have tremendous impact on children by strengthening critical and problem solving skills, adding to their overall academic achievement and school success. Furthermore, they have proven to help level the “learning field” across socio-economic boundaries.

The Duncan McClellan GalleryNestled in the heart of the Warehouse Art District, the Duncan McClellan Gallery features rotating exhibitions of the work of talented, nationally and internationally recognized artists. The focus is on glass, and the artists are giving the opportunity to work in the St. Petersburg Hot Glass Workshop which is

part of the same complex. This beautiful, multi-functional space was transformed using lush fruit-bearing trees and natural vegetation in the middle of a very industrial area of St. Petersburg. The gallery, a 7,800 square foot former fish and tomato-packing plant, is a meeting place

for artists, visiting dignitaries and the community. The 2,400 square foot St. Petersburg Hot Glass Workshop provides a state-of-the-art facility for artists to bring their artistic vision to life. This experience is like no other in the Tampa

Bay area. It’s your opportunity to meet professional artist and be a part of the artistic process.
