Students in Rooms 5, 9, 10, 11 and 12 created ideas for Aboriginal paintings. These ideas were transformed into intricate

and very beautiful paintings by Mr Leigh Merrells.

These paintings will be placed throughout the school for our community to enjoy.

Thank you to Mr Merrells for his assistance and hard work. These paintings will make a wonderful addition to our school.

Indonesian Wayang Kulit Incursion

Our Years 3 - 6 students were fortunate to have experienced an Indonesian shadow

puppet performance.

Wayang Kulit is a traditional form of shadow-puppet play using carved figures

against a lit screen.

All students enjoyed the highly entertaining performance and some

students had the opportunity to go behind the screen and work the puppets.
