Designed as a research-based guide for LEAs to engage key stakeholders in the development of a strategic plan to ensure CTE offerings/activities are aligned with business/ industry and post-secondary education.

Developing Pathways to Ensure College and Career Readiness

• A high school graduate that has the knowledge and skills necessary to qualify for and succeed in entry-level, credit-bearing, post-secondary coursework without the need for remediation.

• A student that effectively navigates pathways that connect education and employment to achieve a fulfilling, financially-secure and successful career.
