New Jerseys Stormwater Management Rules require fundamental changes in how we plan, design and implement systems and structures for managing stormwater runoff. The rules include methods and calculations for determining groundwater recharge and stormwater runoff quality and quantity. For both designers of land use proposals and the public offi cials who review them, implementing the rules will require an understanding of both the municipal planning in the regulations and the technical standards required. This two-day seminar will explain both aspects of the rule, as well as present an overview of NJs Stormwater Management Program.
