EULIS USER GUIDE: LITHUANIAN APPLICATIONVersion 1.0 (2008-04-14)

In this document you will find brief instructions (with examples) on how to use Lithuanian application viaEULIS portal. Most of the information is also provided on application web pages, see light brown “helpboxes” containing “Description of this service” under each search form.

General Information

• Excerpt from the Register;• Cadastral map;• Average sale prices for land.

Search type: Excerpt from the Register

Fig.2. Form for getting Excerpt from the Register (used if you know exact Register No)In case you don't know Register No use "search" possibilities. Other available options are as follows:"search by identifiers", "search by address" or "search by company".Examples: 1/1; 1/100; 44/11111.

Search type: Search by identifiers

Fig.3. Form “Search by property identifiers”This search form is used if you know at least one identifier: "Register No", "Cadastral No" or "Uniqueobject No". If you tick the box "with cadastral maps" you will get cadastral map icon that will appearon the results page (where available). After clicking on it you will be redirected to the correspondingcadastral map.Examples:"Register No": the same as given above, in section "Excerpt from the Register";"Cadastral No": 101/2/3; 0101/0054/1; 3426/0005/283;"Unique object No": 0101-0054-0001; 8594-0011-7018:0007; 4400-0015-4610.

• Register No (by clicking on the link below you will get the corresponding Extract from theRegister);

• Type of object;• Unique number of object;• “Cadastral map” icon (optional) that has a hyperlink to the corresponding cadastral map;• Its address.

Search type: Search by address

Fig. 5. Form “Search by property address”Here you have to specify:1. "Municipality" (optional), i.e. Vilniaus m.2. "Residential area", i.e. "Vilnius" (without quotes).3. "Street", i.e. "Gedimino", "Kudirkos", "Priegliaus". You may specify only the part of the street name,i.e. "Kud*", "Prie*".4. "House No" (optional). If specified as "*", the list of available houses will be displayed.5. "Flat No" (optional). If specified as "*", the list of available flat numbers will be displayed.

Search type: Search by company

You shouldselect one or several of them by ticking the corresponding checkbox next to the company name.There is a possibility to choose “register type” and “type of right” (usually “Ownership”) in the form onthe top of the page. Then you have to click on “Search” button to proceed to the step 2.

• Register No (by clicking on the link below you will get the corresponding Extract from theRegister);

• Type of register;• Its address;• Type of right this company has on object(s) displayed.

Search type: Cadastral map

Fig. 10. Cadastral mapThis search type allows you to search for the real property using graphical interface. Here you can searchby "Parcel cadastral No", "Cadastral area", "Residential area", "Street name" and "Coordinates" or simplyby clicking on the map and using tools "zoom", "move", "identify" etc. (they are located on the right sideof the map) several times until you get land divided into plots. After clicking on any plot using "identify"tool you should see the reference "Excerpt from the Register". After clicking on it you should get thatexcerpt.

Search type: Average sale prices for land

Select "Municipality" from dropdown list or simply click on desired municipality on the map. Select"Purpose of use", "Plot area", "Sale period" and press "search" button. As the result, you will get chartand data with average sale prices for land just below the map.

Municipality: Kauno r.Purpose of use: Forest landPlot area: Area > 1haSale period: Quarterly
